LNS particle crusher 

    is a controlling crusher developed by our company for brittle materials. It is a special model developed for specific particle size requirements and avoiding the generation of fine powder during the crushing process. 

The system is designed as a nitrogen-protected closed circulation system for flammable, 

explosive and oxidizing materials, and materials with strong moisture absorption. 

It has been successfully applied to the industries of Polyacrylamide, 

Meal Replacement Powder, Urea, etc.

Features:

◆This model adopts the fluid mechanics numerical simulation software developed by our company's fluid energy technology research institute to calculate the most suitable flow field and the most ideal pressure distribution to guide the design, which greatly improves the crushing efficiency and reduces the energy consumption.

Built-in high-efficiency turbine Air Classifier, product particle size can be adjusted within a certain range;

◆Using air-cooled design, the system has large operating air volume and low crushing temperature, which is suitable for processing heat-sensitive materials;

◆Unique flow field design and constant gas-solid concentration control can effectively control the content of ultra-fine powder and ensure that the system can operate stably for a long time;

◆The grading blade is formed at one time, and is specially balanced through the aviation test platform, so that the equipment runs more smoothly and the vibration is extremely small.

◆The crushing hammer and the gear ring are made of super-hard materials through a special process, which greatly improves the service life, which is 4-5 times that of other similar models, and greatly reduces the pollution of iron impurities; (This method has been well applied in many organizations)

◆High degree of automation, the whole machine adopts fully enclosed negative pressure operation, the production environment is clean, no dust pollution, and the dust emission is less than 15mg/m3, which fully meets the requirements of environmental protection.

◆Using PLC automatic control system, the operation is simple and convenient.
