Micron Graphite Powder Grinding&Shaping Production Line
General
The graphite grinding and shaping production line developed by LNPE system is mainly composed of 1 Impact Mill, 8 shapers, 1 finished product mixing system and supporting Pneumatic Conveying System. The production line runs fully sealed, under negative pressure. The system generates very little dust during the production process.
Characteristics
High yield: 8-15% higher than the continuous shaper. The LNP-330A shaper has a built-in high-precision classifier, and the shaping intensity and duration can be adjusted.
The shaping machine is designed with a unique deflector, using alloyed shaping frame and wear-resistant ceramic liners to ensure the purity of the product.
The entire system adopts fully enclosed negative pressure operation. The collection efficiency of the Dust Collector is greater than 99.9%. The unit is designed with a workshop dust removal device, and the feeding port and the discharge port are equipped with dust hoods. The production environment is clean and free of dust pollution.
The whole system adopts PLC automatic control system, which is simple and convenient to operate. One-button start and stop. Automatic adjustment of settings. And unattended operation can be realized.
Process Flow
The raw material is put into the hopper above the ACM mill through the Big-Bag opening station. After that it is evenly fed to the ACM by the automatic feeder. The milled material is transported into the storage bin (2 shapers share 1 bin) of the shapers by means of negative pressure conveying. In order to ensure the consistency of the material of each batch, the material is first weighed through the metering silo before entering the shaper. The shapers run automatically according to the shaping duration and intensity settings. The fine powder produced during the shaping process and the fines from the raw material are separated by the built-in classifier during the shaping process and then enter the Fine Powder Collector. When the shaping duration reaches the set value, the finished product discharge valve is opened, and the product are pumped to the finished product collector by negative pressure. Then the materials in each finished product collector are transported to the finished product homogenizing mixer through negative pressure conveying.
