Three-in-one laboratory grinding classifier

Working Principle :

Three-in-one laboratory grinding classifier with jet mill, air classifier and impact mill, which is integrated into a whole machine body.

First step:

Jet Mill is a device as using multiple nozzles to form sonic speed air flow to perform superfine pulverizing. The ground materials will be brought to high-efficient turbine classifier, the coarser particles will be swirled back to grinding chamber for further grinding.

Second step:

Depending on particles' size and density under dry type for grading, the Air Classifier  uses the centrifugal force produced by the fast rotation of grading rotator together with flow movement to perform classifying, the coarser particles above the grading rang is drove by centrifugal force will be swirled down along the container wall, and finer grains bring to the grinding zone.

Third step:

Impact Mill is a high speed impact mill to perform ultrafine milling by using the high-speed rotating hammer to grind materials, The ground materials will be brought to high-efficient turbine classifier, the coarser particles will be swirled back to grinding chamber for further grinding.

Among these Jet mill, Air Classifier and Impact Mill, it is flexible to adjust according to the requirement of different materials and application industries, and the production capacity and particle size range will be different.
